It works, no BS.
I was a little hesitant to use this, mainly because when I tried other apps I realized it wasnt working well. So far, this app is working really well. I was looking for an workouts, because me and my brother were having a competition to see who could get and first. Lets just say that I was rocking my little 4-pack, until I stopped doing this after a while... Other than that, this app works great. Results started to show for me after a few days, I dont really remember. I didnt get abs right away, but I was loosing belly fat. But what I do know is that by the end of week 1 my stomach was flat. And my you could feel my abdominal muscles, and sometimes see them if I wasnt bloated. Im pretty sure I got my results faster than the rest because, I did it everyday at 6:30pm. 4 hours before I usually eat dinner. Btw, eating healthy will really help you out.
